The third discussion session took place the 25th of May at 9.00 CET and 17.00 CET. The purpose of this session was to finalize the content and the ideas for the idea catalogue. Before this meeting, all participants received a second tentative draft of the Transformation Labs Idea Catalogue to get an overview of the ideas produced in each group. The Idea Catalogue draft contained all the ideas developed (until then), presented with a description, a maturity scale assessment, implementation strategies, challenges and barriers, relevant actors, and success criteria.

Rune Larsen introduced the session, and afterwards all participants moved into their respective sub-group discussions. In the groups the ideas were discussed and assessed, and the facilitators focused on getting the final input needed to qualify and refine the ideas of each entry point. Finally, Prof. Katherine Richardson made the closing remarks for both the session and the Transformation Labs process. She emphasized the appreciation of all participants’ efforts and that the process will stay open for input until the final idea catalogue is published by mid- September.
